Returns/Exchanges

Damages:

Please inspect your order upon receipt, the packaging of your product(s) and product(s) itself, when arriving.  If you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery with delivery company.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to featherednest.lb@gmail.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Feathered Nest Glamping products are made to order.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. If you cancel a Standard Order prior to shipment, you will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of your entire order, which will be deducted from your purchase price. Feathered Nest Glamping will refund the remainder of your purchase within 90 days after cancellation. If you receive your dome and decide to return it, a refund will be at the discretion of Feathered Nest Glamping.  Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser along with a 50% restocking fee. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


FOR ALL CUSTOM ORDERS, REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS ACCEPTED BY FEATHERED NEST GLAMPING, CUSTOM ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED.
